Well...here i come again..time passed really fast. There u go,and Im already in Penang. Now it's different because Im not in college or watever University studying anymore..Im now working,REAL industry I mean.. Currently in Cassis fine dining and also in Chez Weng restaurant in the morning till noon. So, basically Im working in both side. Its kinda sad that its fun to be in one big team because everyone had their own talent and everyone shows really good teamwork..But later on..more and more of those things faded away..not rapidly but slowly. The energy and the passion in these kitchen had changed and most of it basically because everyone had been working very very long hours and it exceed more than 12 hours a day,6 days a week...F***ing awesome rit?? And one more thing that not many ppl can accept it is because we heard that coming CNY, there is no off day!! ARE U SERIOUS??! what?until after valentine day?? come on!!! Well..its how it looks like. Im not blaming who ever because business is always business.. But at least thee are off dayS after 5th CNY..and we can go back to our hometown to celebrate with family and friends.. One month working without a single off day is freaking too much man!! Anyway,no offends... It is just a comment and suggestion from everyone... Im quite happy working there but meanwhile, Im looking at more organized and tolerate management.

Dont talk bout work anymore...hmmm.....oh ya.!! My girlfriend went to Taipei this morning for a week to study Therapy bout aroma thingi.. quite proud of her coz she has the guts to go alone. Lucky its just a week..if not..Im gonna miss her so much!! Its good that she learned something new for her flower tea business..I will always support her and hope she will come back with something BIG for me..wahahaha....If any of u read this blog...PLZ LEAVE A MSG to ME!! chaoz!

Its been awile..

Its been awile since i write this blog... hmmm.. Since the last update of my blog,i realized that my life have changed..Rapidly a lot..!!! Those who do not know me,well..here I go..

After Internship in Hilton KL, I've learned more n more things which I cant list down now..
After end of December, Chef Malcolm joined back into my College and there my life of competition started again.. In december, me and him planned to go for competition in Australia but in the end,because time is really cruel- we did not have sufficient time to train and there it goes,cancelled. So, we aim for other big one which is in Hong Kong. It was in June so we have plenty of time doing research and training..It was tough but it was ok for me,and lovely team of mine. 3 lecturers, 1 production chef and 3 students(including me)... I can say so far this was the best team ever!! We have fun and hard time together- training until all the way to Hong Hong and then back to Malaysia!! We do not have time to have fun there "jalan jalan" but we enjoyed to be together there as a team!! Well, so far so good when we got 3 silver,2 bronze(1 is mine =) )and got another one- third place in Asia semi final,Represent Malaysia. Well, this semi final competition was last minute because Malaysia couldnt send representative due to some problems,so I was choosen. I have no training for this category accept quick one for my dessert. Its all depends on my skills and wat I've learned. Chef told me one thing the night before the competition which I will remember forever. He said:"If u r a chef, U can cook a five star dish juz by using a bunsen burner and a pot"!! then he added, during the competition...U prove to me u can cook or not....and so i did proved to him!! I cried when I got that award-embaressing!!

After that competition, our team + one new guy went for another one in Penang but different category.. Me and two girls as a team competed and got A GOLD medal which I aimed sooooo long before I leave Berjaya University. Of coz Im happy!! so far,Ive been through 6 competition and it makes me feel good and proud of my hard work!! Thanks to my Team,frens and Family and also important one,my GF.. Its a hard road to walk and im proud Ive been this far!! so....tats what happen this year and hope to have support from everyone in the future!! =)

To all people out there....Dun give up and do ur best!! Belive in urself and also REMEMBER TO PRAY!!

His life...

Will was inspired by a movie that really touched his feelings and made him wanna write more about his life in another way...Be a writer is not easy as ABC..He knew it. English have to be fantastic and bombastic just to be a writer...But in his opinion,he thinks that english is just an art that will never have an end. Errm,that' s not the story about his life...

Back to his life...When he was 12 years old, he was a very big size guy and he felt that no one will ever love him;not even a girl. He's been running away from his life and used to give reasons not to attend class. Now, the reasons he gave suddenly became true that he never expect that to happen on him;he is sick and ill. His father came all the way back from Thailand and leave his job for a moment just for him.His mother in another hand, suffering taking care of him. Sometimes life is really unpredictable. In that moment,he tried to convince his parent that he is ok because he knew that his parent were the one suffered more. Miracle happened and he recovered from his sickness by the end of the year. His size,from 40 to 31.

Will no longer feel lonely and low confident on himself. Thanks to everyone that supported him while he was in the hospital,lying meaningless on the white-gated bed with some water dripping slowly beside his bed. All he can hear at that time is just machines around him, the air from the air-cond and buzzing sound from the patient around his bed. It was almost meaningless and pain physically and mentally at that moment for him. He could not even walk like a normal person; run around like he used to.It is restless... He enjoy eating and try new food but he could not eat everything he love at this moment.

Wednesday i got news from Karan that there's an BBQ event and he needs 3 ppl to help around..So i agreed assumed that there will be chef and we are there to help around and enjoy there...
Thursday,got a call from Karan and i rush to Uni although there is no class for today...when i'm there,he told me to look at the email that he received from the guy. I read it and saw there are 4types of fish, lobster, abalone, oyster and salad to be done. They only needed Two ppl, and only TWO ppl will be cooking..and that's us. I was like...OMG!! have to do Demo in front of customers and i don't really talk when i was cooking or cutting..But i took the challenge and wanted to experience how is the feel of a chef doing demo in front of ppl..Whole day cracking my head thinking of what and how to do it, finding recipe and so on. It is really a rush time..I dun even have a proper recipe and Friday is the function already..Have to kill life abalone,I DUN KNOW!! Lobster too!! By the way,thanks to Wong ZhenZhian for being dare enough to take the challenge and be a team to cook all these seafood for 30 pax. Thanks to Karan for bringing me to visit that shop after class!!=)
Friday morning,attended for classes till 12.30pm..Then rest and eat lunch.. Rush to Cold Storage,bought ingredients because they din supply and it was last minutes thing.(GREAT==") No chef can guide us what sauce and method to prepare...5.30pm-looking for taxi and NO taxi willing to fetch us to Bangsar..(GREAT X2). Took Monorail to KL Central with all the ingredients and utensils with us but there are soo damn many people(GREAT X3)..reached KL Central,inserted my card-REJECTED!! (GREAT X4)... Took a taxi and instead of 15minutes, we spend almost an hour just to get there, thanks to the jam!!(GREAT X5).... When we are there, we prepare,cut,cook,impressed others, and do DEMO.. it was really fun because i can show them how to fillet a fish, what is the flavour from different part of Salmon fish, how to do suitable sauce for the fish, and so on..Thanks to Wong for doing the Sambal demo too..And also,all the time with us from Berjaya- Shaun Oh..he helped alot in taking video and prepare things for us..THANKS.. It is very nice feeling when i can be the chef on my own and seeing ppl enjoying the food. Felt happy when they came to me and ask how i did it, said that the food is nice, good job, and more. Josh, the person incharge for Southern Rock Seafood is happy with it and looking for more things to do in future.

aaa...it was tiring but the experiences and satisfaction is what im looking for!!

It was great great time in Malacca and I never felt better than being in my lovely home town, Malacca. You can find the Best Nyonya food, famous Chicken rice ball, pineapple tart, Cendol and of coz the Ikan Bakar!! Yummy!! Lately, I've been around the town and all I do is just keep eating!! Arrggghh, I'm going fatter now..Never mind, I enjoyed it!!

I've been recommended to this restaurant by my GF,Amber... It was a Vegetarian Restaurant and I drove all the way down to Malacca town(Melaka Raya) and hunt fot the restaurant. We thought it will be hard to find that restaurant but it was easy. There are 2 different floor in that restaurant. The ground floor looks like normal restaurant with only tables and chairs but on the other floor, which is the top floor..It feels like you are at home... Its kinda creepy at first because we are only customer on that floor but after a moment, we don't feel it anymore but comfortable. There are so many cook book on shelves to read, healthy products( Vegetarian) and even fresh vegetables for sale!!!

i ordered "Lei Cha" and she ordered "mee" with some mushrooms and vege( sorry, I kinda forget the name). The food is totally fresh and I really satisfied,thumbs up for them...!! It is not only nice but healthy.. I've tried many "Lei Cha" in Malacca,KL and some other places and I find this restaurant served the best among others... For those who wanna go and have a try..This is the address: 150-A, Jalan Merdeka Taman Melaka Raya, Melaka (75000). Oh yea..the juices and dessert are really tasty as well. I've tried the mix fruit juice and it was awesome!! I love eating meat because it's tasty but sometimes we didn't realize that vegetarian food can be tasty as well!! WOW!!

At last,my exam for sem 4 is done and i can finally enjoy my holiday..But...aarrgghh, I don't like to add "but" after saying,because it's always have opposite meaning of the first sentence.. Niway, but yea...I can never have good and peace holiday i guess. Because i still have to settle things for my Culinary Club, Orientation is coming and CAM presentation is still not done. It's kinda busy just by doing all this and sometimes just feel like letting it all down for a moment and enjoy myself!! Of course I cant let it go forever.. I love what I am doing and sometimes the people that supported me and guided me makes me feel energetic and wanted to do more in the end..haha.. sounds crazy "BUT" yeahhhh..that's me!

Anyway..It's Monday morning now and i'm sitting in the Uni's library accompanied by Alex BUT he is not around,great! ~~ Hmmm,Helong is gonna move all her stuff to the new apartment today BUT i cant help her...sorry coz i have things to be done and meeting to attend or handle!DUH!! Maybe at night when I'm back??I miss my home town and everyone in Malacca a lot. Maybe I should meet up with my friends when I'm back...It's been a long time since we met. Nothing special here in KL and it's just building around you, people busy walking here and there with or without places to go and "man made" machines all over the road...sigh**

Looking forward to go back Malacca this coming Friday after the orientation..huh~~

So happy when me and Wong finally finished our pastry project that assigned by Chef Roizz.. We stay back till late at night just to finish our project and I still remember that we stayed back until 11pm and we all went back quite late that night. I'm kinda worry for them who went back so late...But we are all willing to stay back so late, so I think that we are really committed and give our best. Few days past and I'm happy that finally my cake is done and nice..Beautiful!! wahahaha...

9-3-2010 ( TUESDAY)

It was really happy since the day ive qualified for the Norwegian Salmon Competition...Me and Shaun Oh(SCA DREAM TEAM), Alex Tiew and Richmond Ng( YOUNG TALENT TEAM) , Tatiana and Michelle Tan ( BLUE CULINARIAN TEAM) had the chance to compete in the competition...It was great because we did alot of practise until it was really satisfy and perfecto and juz in time..

At first, ma and Shaun struggle with our main course because we didnt really have a proper recipe..It was really a Head Creaking time..We spend about RM 300 at first juz to try out the recipe that we have..It is really disaster at first but after few times then it is almost perfect..Im so happy because we did all by ourselves and comments from the chefs..Oh,thanks to Chef Rashidi of guiding us so much and gives us hope!! For the main course..I also have to crack my own brain thinking of what is suitable to go with Salmon fish...bt im really satisfy what we have done..

We compete with Taylor's college students and total of 3 groups each college...at first we r really nervous but when actual time comes..I don't really feel that anymore but do what i learned..It was a great competition and I didn't know it's gonna be really big competition until the time I was there in Uni...Oh yea,we had our competition in the Uni( Berjaya University College of Hospitality)...The prince and princess of Norway came as well as the Chef Association of Malaysia's chefs and lots of chef...It was amazing and our friends who also supported us and gave us cheer....

Damn...when they announce the result,my heart really pumping like there's no oxygen in my lungs and wanna faint..2nd runner goes to Alex and Richmond..then its me and Shaun,1st runner up...and by the time we waited for the grand price....there are moment of silence and nobody is talking but wait..It was Nana and Michelle and we shout like nobodyz business...wahaha..Fun and Happy because we have all the medal...There are interview every where and we had our fun there...

Gala dinner is the fun moment all of us have been waiting for...After prize ceremony.. we headed strait to MO and the hotel grand ball is really superb nice..Have a cup of wine and we keep on cheers and cheers...There are lots of seafood-buffet and all u can eat..its been fun and this is the day that i ate the most Carviar..from black to red..Its delicious!! Awesome and thumb up for the chefs that prepared all the food..

It was fun because i really have the chance to greet the Prince and shack hand with him...We got medal and money..so i am really OK with it..Although i did not win the Shanghai tickets, bt im Happy for my Nana gal and Michelle..

There are more to come and I have the opportunity that really coming soon to me and I don't think I will give it to other since opportunity is hard to get...I really appreciate my family,dear, friends and all the people in BUCH included chef,lecturer and also staff.. There are no other word to thank u guys,so ..Thank U!!!

Its been very long since i last wrote about myself..

To many things happen and i cant really remember all of them..

Norwegian Salmon Competition is coming soon and im glad that

my team have the chance to enter that competition after lots of

hard work and money spend in it juz to buy all those material..

Anyway,it was great..Nana and Michelle..Alex and Richmond have the chance to

compete too..proud of them too..

I always really appreciate who ever wish me luck and give me hope...

Especially my GF,my dad and mom that always support me and f coz frenz too.

This is the day i went to Klang with Alex...

We took Monorail and KTM and it took about 2hours??

When we reach there..His mom fetch us and have our lunch..

wat makes me sitting,eating and drinking without talking is because i cant speak their language..

It wasn't boring...but funny coz they have been talking about food food food..

I felt Klang is a quite fun place and all small towns around..No big buildings surround..

lots of trees and small shops..It reminds me about JB where i used to hang out ages ago with

my family and granpa, granma....It also reminds me about Malacca...

What makes me aware of Klang is the "bumpy" road all along that makes me

wanna laugh out coz i was like riding a horse.. I couldn't laugh-in the end..

This place is famous with it's BAK KUT TEH...it's always full house as i heard..

Its is quite quiet at the night with street lights along the road, cold wind blowing,

and dogs around..Its kinda relaxing to me and i kinda like this kinda place to stay.

I dun like the place where the night is always still young everyday...

Watch movie with his cousin at night,Legend movie was OK..cool place,cold room..

Came back the next day and here writing blog and on9...Hoping my future is gonna be good and

my dream will come.... become the reality.

Its been a long long time din upload my blog..huh..sweat!!==" Oh ya.today noting much to do so when woke up,strait to the kitchen and c what can i cook...saw my Auntie cook some vegetarian prawn mee and left for me..It was juz a port of the sauce so i took out the mee and all those vege and start cooking..I add something in the sauce and then heat up everything..and,waaalaa~~

I never have this kind of feeling long long time ago already..when i started eating..i don't feel myself in the place where i sat..i felt that i was like in a place somewhere in Japan-eating Ramen during winter..i can felt the warm,nice,comfort, and real seafood taste running through my taste butt...It was awesome..Just like in Japanese show,they will shout "OISHI~~!!" when the food is real delicious!! I was about to shout it out..lolz..The Vegetarian prawn mee doesn't have any prawn or meat in it but the combination and the blend of the sauce and real good seaweed with some secret ingredient made the taste so perfect!!Not oily,not really spicy, and almost perfect!! Hope can cook this again in the future for other to taste..Simple n nice..

Gash..have to wash my clothes...I enjoyed eating till forgot that i wore a white T and the sauce split all over my shirt when "Sllluurrppp-ing"...swt=="

It has been really a busy week for me that i cant even remember clearly what is really happening in this whole whole week..ok..start from the 8th of August..all i remembered is i went back to my home town with Hein Yew..then bring him around Malacca and then "bla" to Port Dickson with sweet Amber...when reach there,it was really alot of ppl around there BBQ..it caused me headache because i was tiring and the place is too far away...niway,its also because im not well and having flu..lolz..wear mask all the time made me even more sick!!haha..after the BBQ,then we all back to room..omg!! it was hot!! Niway,its ok...sadly i cant stay there until next morning coz of sum reasons but its ok..we all having fun..So, after that around 12smt in the morning..i stepped my car padle and rush back to Malacca..lolz..it was tiring..reached home around 2am and im just like a phone out of battery and swich off until the ext day..lolz..

Monday,10th of August i have to rush myself back to KL and then when i reached Time Square,i strait got down from the bus and then head to Uni..i was tiring that moment because i did not have enough rest the day before that..so,i hang around there until around 3pm..then chef arrived and we started doin our "mis en place" until around 7pm..really a game to me..i turned 3 rounds of potatoes..make me gone crazy!!! last..chef help me around..we packed ur things until around 8pm i think,went eating with Shaun..then we go to hotel room and have rest lor..I cant sleep so i stay awake the whole nite..funny things is around 1am,chef called me and asked me and confirm with the things that i packed..lolz..when Keegan and Loo were asleep..then i heard the fire alarm rang..made me sooo nervous..lolz..but after a moment..my phone rang again,it was from chef..he said they wanted to come over..so,i open the door for them...Chef Malcolm and Roizz sat in my room and we chat bout ghost story till 4am..made Loo cant slp and have nightmare..Really funny!!wahahaha....5am..woke up,prepared and went to KLCC around 6am..have briefing and then 7am Loo went in..8.15am me and Keegan..scary..haha..but it was totally fun!!After the competition..we walk to MAMAK and have our breakfast..we are all really suffered because all of us need water but there are no water for us..we walk so damn far away because there are no mamak around as Chef Roizz mentioned..lolz..after ate our breakfast,we went back n we hang around there till 8pm ny back..soo many things happening there..Mdm Mae,was there too and alot ppl more lar..all the photos in Fb..haha..Mdm was really happy when she knew our results..she even bought the tag for three of us..wahaha..it was nice..The price giving supposed to be on 5pm but the stupid organizer dragged the time until 7pm..made us all so tired..haiz..after get our price..we strait back to Uni..tired tired..

Next day...morning around 9am reached Uni again because im working..haha..i study in Berjaya Uni..and i work there as well..lolz..it was fun and enjoy..I work for two days,then here comes Friday..
Friday..morning around 8am having breakfast with Shaun in KK because 2days ad said wanna have breakfast with him but in the end..takda!! haha..so, other than him,also Chef Siew Lee,Loke,and Ms May..after eating..went to Uni..wait and done something that is undone..around 11am..we head to Malacca..it was a 3days 2 nights camp for all the IPTS student council..like a meeting but it was not..lolz..lazy wana talk bout it but it was fun for me...i made new frens and discussed about what IPTS did not get but IPTA got..we form a very good group and tried to solve all the problems...funny things is we had 6 meal a day but the programme until 12am made us cant think properly..ton the Saturday,last night to be together,3 am we walk around the jungle with the fire torch and it was dark..kinda creepy but fun..haha..we r crazy!! My dad was admited to the Hosp so on Saturday noon..i went back and c my dad..he is fine..im so glad and happy because he is fine and nothing happen..so after that at night,i went back to camp.. I supposed to go back KL with them on Sunday noon but i choose to stay because i wanted to take care of my dad..so today is Tuesday and thats what my life is..and it was on our Sem break summore..soo sad..no holiday..and tomorrow?? Orientation for new students and have to handle it..OMG!!! Untill Friday..

It's good to be home,again!!

Wed after class...do someting in DOSS and re-design the logo..(GASH)..After approved by Mr Teddy,then i did some survey and ask Mr Alan n Resh to vote for the best one...Mr Resh have the same thinking as mine..The root wan,like a tattoo and cool..gimme 5 !! But too sad, it cant be used..Any how,tats ok..at least i've done wat i shud do..then go back MLK..my hometown,yay!! I've been walking around with my heavy bags and my back is aching and made me look like an old guy,hunchback ..and walk. When in Pudu bus station,someting passed through my mind..i felt like its fun having a home town that far away from a busy and crowded KL town..and the feeling, can't even use a word to describe.

When i reached Malacca, i can smell the Malacca feel..haha. I did not know why but its totally different..Im not that scared of my own stuff being steal and ppl around me, compare to KL..Its much more safer and secure feeling here..lolz..its a fact..KL ppl,im sorry!! Its true!! haha.. Niway,wen i was at home,my garden..There come my tortoise come to me..soo sweet!! I miss my tortoise soo much!! I take care of it since small, even smaller than my hand and i remember that it is really small and can fit into a Nescafe glass bottle..and now..it grew soo fast!! haha.. Being with family member makes me feel happy! my mom does not treat me like she used to be..mayb i've grown up alot and the way i act!! My dad too!! My mom used to nag at me when i over slp..but now,she juz let me slp and wen i woke up early..she said"Y wake up so early,slp more n rest lar"..i was like.."omg,am i dreaming??" haha..

Study study study..its all i can do now because i'm having exam in few more days..good luck to all and hopefully i can do it well..=)** Instead of one, i have two!! wahaha...can u c the big one?? so guai..eating snacks from plate!!

Its been really a hard week and thank God its over now..All the presentation and practical exams all cramp in one week..I'm like a guy who gasp of breath trying to save myself in the sea..lolz.. Soo many things that happen in the month too..got sad..got happy.. Its kinda heart pain sometimes when think of those things.. Without realizing..time flew soo cruelly until i did not have time to do what i wanted to do..and im getting older of coz..so cruel. T.T Anyway..talk bout exams..haiz,wasted quite alot of cash in it just for the settings. But, all i wanted and imagine, all i did it..kinda worth oso lar coz its reaches my goal. I will miss Chef Darren and Chef Malcolm because they are very good and my idol too...oh,and Chef Busky too..he is real good.gonna die die this week because next week exam(FINAL)..Good luck for all of them who oso having exams..!!

Wah..its been a long time I din really write my blog but some things tat really made me wanna write down wat i experience during my Uni life..Its for my refrence in the futere but not to show off because we wun noe wat life will gonna happen in the future that time passed so damn fast that i did not realise what happen in the pass are so damn important to me..My family,love one,frens,pets and everyting...This week is the most tiring week ive ever experience in Uni life.

Friday morning..Robert Rainford from AFC channel in Astro came to our Uni and have some speeech for us and he is an Emo big size guy but he is very fun guy!!! I love the way he thinks and the way he act as a chef...after the speech and everting..then we have some vidoe shot with him in our Uni Demo kithen with chef Melcolm and students..i wish i have the photos now but nvm..i will update it soon if i got it..its was fun coz we are playing around there after the shooting!! LOLZ!! Then,like normal..went to my class and having exam..bla bla..after class without resting..strait to kitchen for my competition practice..i was damn tired and dizzy at tat time but i cant give up!! I did many things all by myself and im very hapy with it...because i felt that i can really do it..but sadly i have to do my sauce 3 times coz real damn hard when deal with butter stuff..lolz..When I look at the time..its already 11pm and its soooo late..Thanks to Chef Melcolm,Darren, and Loke coz help us alot!! Really love them!! after that,stay in hotel because too late to go home ad..great experience!! LOLz..

Saturday morning,woke up at around 10am or 11am,then go n bathe and went down to Uni..saw Hein Yew then we have our breakfast together..Oh ya,Loo stayed with me too..lolz..After breakfast..then i sit bus go back lor..who noe wen reached home..its already 2pm..3pm go out again for the BBQ KING function dinner at Bangsar Village II roof top..the place is really nice wei..When reached there..i help kitchen and service..damn blur because the stupid organizer is not really doin their job..lolz..but nvm lar coz we have really good chances and experience there...om,wen im eating..out of sudddent,a camera was shooting at me and asked me lots of question..soooo paise..lolz..Oh ya,Pak La is in the dinner too and he walk pass in front of me ony..lucky i din take my hand up..if not,his nose sure bleeding wan..lolz..haha..Its a real fun week..lovely!!Oh ya..D Indonesian exchange student came here for one week and leaving on Sunday..they are soo fun and funny..They are really suportive and caring too..most of them can speak Chinese and Hokkian ba..funny lar..haha..guys and gals too..it was sad wen they have to leave here..Hope to meet them again..

Im so lazy and dun have enough time to write my blog so i just put some picture and it will remind me of what have happend to me in case i've lost of memory or wat..haha...niway,below pictures shown that how i go trough my life and and how crazy we are in the Uni..lolz..oh ya,during practical class..my hand got injured and dunno y..mayb strait to my nerve n loose much of my blood or not enough sleep,suddently i felt my stomach not well and frelt my blood running very fast..i try to take a really deep breath but cant help it..i felt dizzy and then cant really breath!! Omg,in my mind i was thinkin will i faint?i can felt my blood flow very damn fast.lucky chef help me and bring me out from d kithen..D moment i sat down n open my cap and apron..wah,damn siok..i can breath again!! Chef gave me sweet coz she said it's help..shes right! Just less than a min im normal again n back 2 kithen..Its my first experince and i will rmb wat happen and if other ppl face this problem in future..i know how to help them!!hehe...

The unpredictable!!

First of all..talk about Thursday... My practical class that cook and prepare for 33 VIPs and most of them damn greedy and d most wonderful part is we only have 5person and one chef to do preparation and all.damn lar wei..but lucky after that our beloved chef,Chef Siew Lee,or CSL, or the 'GOD' help us in dessert..

Wen comes to cooking part...damn..we r soo good in the sence tat we did it sooo good and chef really happy with us..lolz..Oh,I remember that chef beat me at the shoulder and said:"Y u din prepare and take out the hot plate for next dishes??" then who know it wan just beside him and he was just "ooww" and cont doing it..haha..but i din blame him lar because he is soo good to us and it was really busy that time..And alot of really 'lebih' customer that complain this and that..example,soup is not hot...but the bowl is freaking hot and can b touch and soup is piping hot that can burn ur entire mouth..lolz..End up 36 or 38 pax that day!! Lolz...

After our kitchen then we all in the Student service department there meeting and thanks to Mr Resh because he's the one who ended up accompany us till we go back home..lolz..he is soo good.!! Then,we all felt so so hungry..wat to do...eat lar!! We went KFC restaurant there eat and then Hein Yew,Alex and TK...they all talk funny and "ehem" things while we r eating and cant stop laughing because of them and eat oso hard..luckily no one split their drinks out from their mouth.. We really have our fun time there laugh and laugh and no ppl is around our table coz we seems to be crazy..dude..=.="

I tot our laughing session is over and can peacefully go back home..who know,so suddent the "Negaraku" song played by someone in the mall at the stage,dunno y but mayb for som kind of functions or programme will be held there...so,we as a good citizen,we stood up strait and untill half way,d song is gone and we started walking away...But our cute lil HY,he run off and said tat better leave tat place b4 we have to stand strait again...lol..he run till soo cute with Alex behind him...who know wen he turned..he saw MrAlex and........POMMM!!! He fell down!! This is where our laughing session start again and again till our stomach goes crazy,numb!! After this..i think i will be lauging all away wen i heard "NEGARAKU" anthem anywer..lolz!!

So,its Friday..as usual...i go 2 Uni..after that ,YAY,go back Mlk and have fun...I wanna go for the Wesak day Parade but i missed it!! So sad..I plan to dosumting to my mom this coming Sunday but the time doesn't allow me to do so...soo sad..I have to attent my friends wedding!! She is gonna be happy and hope she will happy all the time..=) (oh,u all dun think tat coz she's pregnant ny marry k??)

Hmmm...another busy day from day to day... 2day is kinda fun day actually..coz im enjoying my class. 2day im late to class..gash lar!! But luckily only one class..As usual,i have to walk quite a distance(Quite far) to take bus and because wanna fast reach to school..i walked very very fast till my leg is gonna numb n no energy at all...D worst thing is wearing safety shoe summore coz got practical class..lolz. In practical class..we learn how to make pasta dough and i've made green dough made from spinach..yummy!! The first time i cook my pasta is totally gone man...i really cant stand with it so i made a new one and it just so nice and superb good job from me(hahaha) coz when chef taste it,he totally love it and some of them said d same thing too..Im soo happy..But my fren's pasta also nice lar of coz but coz i did diff sauce with them,so..cant compare lar...haha.. Pity got one ppl wana eat but mine "wall-lap" by others d..lolz..Sry lar..

2day soo damn tired..slp at 6am then been awake at 10.30am and i suppost to have appoinment but then i too tired.Im late! Gash!!!! Haiz..so,me and my fren met in my fav place and really what i need at this situatiion...Starbucks coffee house!! Haha...keep me awake all d time!! Lol..like pill to me..but bad for health, i noe!! After meeting,study there cz whatever time i have then take out books and notes and study lor...hhmm..

Then go book shop and buy some stuff lor...sudd some story appear in my mind..Short story: A boy went to a book shop and then bought a correction pen because he though that his correction pen is gone...but after he bought it,he just realize that he have it in other pocket in his bag and don't need the one he bought also.So...U all noe what he did?? guess......guess lar......

He went in back to the book store and when no one around..he faster faster put back and run off!! Lolzz....

After that went and register broadband coz really need it..its from Maxis and the modem is nice..i love it...but kinda expansive lar..broke lar like that...haha..

HHmmm...Mothers day is coming and very soon...lots of mom will be very happy!! Wish all mom in this world happy and u all are very very brave and caring(as most of mom are the same)!! We at BUCH is going to do sumting very fun and nice for all the mom and hope that they are very happy!! HAha...Dun worry dad..ur chance will be coming soon coz we are always soo caring..aww~~

We will do something quite speacial for me..and thanks for everyone that contribute brilliant ideas and from here..we got many ideas...hhmm,im very tiring now and its around 4am..but im too happy that my life is going well and my family r soo supportive!! Thanks..happy oso coz competition is coming soon and i can't wait to go there and see all the chefs from big to small but as long as we think that we r a champion there..then will b ok!! Haha..kinda thick face but tat is d way..lolz..

Chef Melcolm are very helpfull and he's the one who alw gave supports to us..Although his age is not much different from me..but i can feel the gap between us is very far..he is alot of experience but i was like blooming flower..kinda sad but people are always learning and never stop learning!! 2day was our DCA and BHM class 2gether in kithen at sampling14..hhmm..
gash..i dunno wat towrite lar..blank now coz too tired already!! Oh..didn't really know y 2day we don't really have time to prepare all the preparation..then,boooom,come customer ad..haha..but lucky we managed to prepare it in time..phewww~~ I am the Chef de Cuisine,so..i will take the order and guide all of them prepare all the order and make sure everyting is really in correct way...but i dunno y suddently came so darn many ppl and we r really really busy!! Man,and those VIP r soo anoying and really piss me and Chef off..damn..made d service guys blur and we all also blur...

when d order came to the window...hhmm..This is wat i do..i started shouted at all orders till i almost x voice...lolz..it was really not easy!! We assume that we will be handling about 20 or 25 pax but the support from the customers is really superb and we nearly cant handle it and running low of all d food..but luckily we managed to do it all in order lar..coz we r goo dwat..but we juz have to push ourself to be more better!! Hhhmm.. I kesian Mountain Loo coz he..ehem..dunwan say lar..but i hope he will alw go on 2 b better!!

Went dinner after class wif Hein Yew,Mic,Nana the small baby...reached home at about 9smt then sudd felt d tiredness...and it is so freakin making me mad because the bus is full like sardine,the longest car Queue ever(jam),and stings smell all over the bus..phuh~knot tahan..lucky din over slept in the bus after got a place to sit..if not..hhmm...i sure mad wan!!Next month i will start training for the coming cooking competition and i dunno how to managed my time table anymore..plz wish me good luck and i really hope i can win the price and make all of us felt proud of it!!haa..

Gash...it was d most tiring sem i will go on man..
As lots of my classmates will face the same thing as wat i went thru now..sad lar..
2day wen get my New time table..konon lar i think got some changes and more relaxing abit coz sooo damn pack and x time to rest at all....who noe..darn!!! Not few class were gone but add more class in the time table..We are like"SHIT SHIT"!!!!!!!! Why this happen on us?? Tot it will be great,but who noe it's was worst!! SOB!!

Luckily 2day when in POS class..miss May so good let us go out earlier after she taught us about how to use the cash register stuff where more or less i noe how to operate it...phew!!~ Waht sommore...we faster faster go and enjoy ourself after that lar..Me ,Hein Yew and Loo went Jonny's n have our lunch lar..and can say that 2day was the most relaxing and enjoyable lunch after sufffer for weeks for not having proper and enjoyable lunch!!phew~~

After lunch..wat else??class again lar..2day was the food preparation class for the restaurant,Sampling 14 where will be operate 2mrw..hhmm.. I was choosed as "Chef de Cuisine" by my sooo good and beloved classmate bcoz they dunwanna do the job..haha..and most commen,they called it The Barker bcoz always bark!! Wat a name..lolz.. But kinda piss off wen one of us didn;t do his job and i will surely shoot him "kao kao" if tomorrow this guy is not going to work or co-operate with me!!Who cares...??im incharge what..!! Niway...wait for 2mrw and c..hhmmm...

Have really fun with the Juniorzz and they are really fun most of them...This small gal Nana really nakal and called me old,TK dunwan teach me stuff and Nicole..geng,said im bad in her own blog summore...manmmm...oh,felt sorry for Miss Coral bcoz she prepared orientation and guide for us for us to keep up wif our studies but we were late and almost finish wen we arrived just now...hhmm...coz of class lar..haizz..tats all 4 2day,kinda boring yea?!

on the 21th of ..gash..it was our first Service we have to do in our Uni and we felt sooo nervous about it...because it is d first day of opening..then there's alot of VVIP will having thier lunch here and 4 me..it was like lebih wan...lolzz..Mr Joykin is leading us and im glade tat he is our Lecture and he's kinda funny wif many kinds of impression on his face..lolz..

when d VVIP came..it was like'WOW' y so many ppl wan?? kinda use to it for me because i worked in hotel b4..but abit diffrent bcoz we have to serve 3 course meal..hhmm...it is fun,tiring, and great!!! Loo is the funniest guy ican say bcoz he told cust tat the diffrent of Chicken and fish was" chicken on d land,and fish on d sea"lolz...fish on d sea??DEAD FISH lar..Wen its over,lucky Mr Joykin is quite happy wif us although we quite "kelam-kabut" abit...ppphheeww!!!

Oh btw,d food is great and nice!!yummy look!!and lucky we have d chance to taste it!!haha...
